Data transported securely.
Transport security uses 128-bit Two fish encryption for file transfers between our system and the clients' systems; 128- bit SSL encryption accessed via web browsers when viewing, editing or printing transcriptions and 256-bit SSL encryption when moving data between the data centers. Data is encrypted with a Virtual Private Network service over the high-speed regional network.
Redundant data stored for absolute safety
Data is backed up continuously in a true GFS (Global File System) fashion and closely monitored among two off-site data centers. Our physical backup storage devices reside only in secure data center facilities.
